  2. Improving companions. We may review anonymised, de-identified conversation samples to make companions more natural.
  3. Safety. We use automated tools to detect content that breaks our Terms, such as content involving minors, which is banned.
  4. Communication. We send account emails, receipts and, only with your consent, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  5. Legal compliance. We may process data where required to meet tax, accounting or other legal duties.

Sharing and storage

  1. No selling. We do not sell your personal information or your conversations to anyone.
  2. Service providers. We share limited data with hosting, payment, email and analytics partners that work for us under contract.
  3. Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by a valid court order or to protect the safety of people.
